1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of digital products provided by Void Of Course Moon ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a product from our website, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Products

Our products are custom-made digital astrology reports created specifically for each customer based on their order details.
Products are delivered exclusively in digital format. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, your report is prepared manually.
Typical delivery timeline: 3–7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
The final product will be sent via email to the address provided during checkout, together with a secure download link.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
You are responsible for ensuring correct billing details during checkout.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

No refunds, returns, or cancellations once work has begun. Due to the personalized digital nature of our products, refunds, returns, and cancellations are not available once we have started creating your report.
EU withdrawal waiver. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once performance has begun (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).
When the delivery clock starts. Our delivery timeline begins once (a) your payment is confirmed and (b) you have provided all required information/content needed to prepare the report. If the information is incomplete, the timeline is paused until it is provided.
Delivery timeline & refunds. We aim to deliver your personalized PDF report within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in our place of business). During peak demand or if you placed multiple orders, delivery may take longer; we will notify you proactively with a revised estimate. If we have not delivered your report within 10 business days from the moment you provided all required information, you may request a full refund.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate personal data necessary for preparing the astrology report (e.g., birth date, time, and place, if applicable).
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.

7. Intellectual Property

All digital reports are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Void Of Course Moon.
Reports are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, distribute, or reproduce them.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our reports are intended for personal insight and entertainment purposes. They should not be considered professional advice (medical, financial, or legal).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland.
