Terms of Purchase, Digital Delivery & Refund Policy

Effective date: 15 August 2026

Website: voidofcoursemoon.com/store/

Customer support: store@voidofcoursemoon.com

1. Who we are and when these Terms apply

These Terms of Purchase, Digital Delivery & Refund Policy (the “Terms”) apply to purchases of digital calendars and related downloadable content from the Void of Course Moon store (each a “Digital Product”). “Seller”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the individual identified in the Seller Details above. “You” means the person placing the order.

By placing an order through a button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay, and by accepting these Terms at checkout, you agree that these Terms form part of the contract between you and the Seller. The product page, the information shown at checkout and the order confirmation also form part of that contract. If they conflict, mandatory law applies first, followed by the order confirmation, the checkout information, these Terms and then the product page.

You must have legal capacity to enter into the contract. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you.

Where mandatory Polish law grants specified consumer protections to a natural person entering into a contract directly related to that person’s business activity but not of a professional nature for that person, those protections apply to the extent required by law.

2. The Digital Product

The current Void of Course Moon Calendar 2027 offer includes two complete digital PDF calendars – the 2026 edition and the 2027 edition – prepared for the time-zone edition selected during purchase. The current product page describes A4-format PDF files, monthly calendar pages, Void of Course Moon periods, Moon phases, zodiac-related timing information, reference pages, and space for planning, notes and reflection.

The exact files, calendar years, edition, price and included features for your purchase are those displayed on the product page and at checkout when you order and are repeated in your order confirmation.

  1. Digital product only. No physical item will be shipped.
  2. One-time purchase. There is no subscription or recurring fee unless a future offer states otherwise and you separately agree to it.
  3. Selected edition. Times are prepared for the region or time-zone edition shown in your order.

3. Functionality, compatibility and technical requirements

The Digital Product is supplied as one or more PDF files. To download and use it, you need a working internet connection, a valid email address, a compatible browser, sufficient device storage and current software capable of opening standard PDF files. Printing requires a compatible printer; digital annotation requires a compatible PDF or note-taking application.

The calendar is designed in A4 format. Print appearance can vary with paper size, scaling, margins, printer settings, ink, screen calibration and the software used. Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, no particular third-party application, printer or device is included or guaranteed.

You may make personal backup copies and print a reasonable number of copies for your own use, subject to the licence in section 13. Any material download limit, link-expiry period, geographical restriction or technical protection will be disclosed before purchase or in the order confirmation.

4. Choosing the correct time-zone edition

Because lunar events can occur at different local times or dates, selecting the correct time-zone edition is important. Review the region, UTC offset, city examples and daylight-saving information shown on the product page before ordering. If you are unsure, email store@voidofcoursemoon.com before purchase.

You are responsible for entering an accurate email address and selecting the edition shown in your order. Our customer-care replacement for an accidental time-zone selection is described in section 9.3.

5. Orders and contract formation

The product display is an invitation to place an order. You place an order by selecting the Digital Product and edition, reviewing the checkout summary, accepting the required terms and consents, and submitting payment through the payment button.

A contract is formed when payment is authorised and we send an order confirmation that identifies the Digital Product and provides or confirms access to it. We may reject or cancel an order before supply where payment fails, the price or product information contains an obvious error, the product is unavailable, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will return it without undue delay.

6. Prices, taxes and payment

The total price and currency are shown at checkout before you pay. The checkout will show any taxes or other mandatory charges that the Seller is required to collect. You will not be charged a subscription fee for a one-time calendar purchase.

The Store may accept orders from countries supported by the checkout and payment provider. We may decline or restrict an order where supply would be unlawful, technically unavailable or unsupported by the payment provider. The country and billing information you provide must be accurate because it may be used to determine tax and payment treatment. Your card issuer or payment provider may charge a currency-conversion or international-payment fee that is outside our control.

Payments are processed by the payment provider identified at checkout, currently Stripe. The payment provider may apply its own terms and privacy notice. We do not store your full payment-card number on the store website.

7. Digital delivery and access

The Digital Product is normally supplied immediately or shortly after successful payment through the order-confirmation page, a secure download link, an order email, a customer account, or a combination of these methods. Payment processing, fraud screening and email delivery can occasionally cause a short delay.

If you do not receive access, first check the email address used for the order and your spam, junk and promotions folders. Then contact store@voidofcoursemoon.com with your order number or order email. We will resend the link, restore access, provide the correct file, or take another appropriate step. Your mandatory rights if we fail to supply the Digital Product are not affected.

Download and securely back up your files within a reasonable time. If a security or link-expiry measure prevents a reasonable first download, contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance.

8. Immediate supply and the right to withdraw or cancel

Consumers in some countries, including Poland, other European Union and European Economic Area countries, and the United Kingdom, may normally have a statutory period in which they can withdraw from or cancel an online contract. Special rules apply to paid digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.

Where applicable, before we make the download available during that statutory period, we will ask you to:

  • expressly request and consent to the supply of the Digital Product beginning immediately;
  • acknowledge that you lose the applicable withdrawal or cancellation right when the supply of the digital content begins; and
  • receive confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as email.

If these legal conditions are satisfied, the change-of-mind withdrawal or cancellation right ends when supply begins. If the conditions are not satisfied, or the law that applies to you provides a right that cannot be waived, that right remains available. This section does not remove any right or remedy for a Digital Product that is not supplied, is defective, is not as described or is otherwise not in conformity with the contract.

9. Refunds, replacements and product problems

OUR APPROACH: We want you to receive the correct, working calendar. Change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after lawful immediate digital delivery, but product problems, duplicate charges and accidental time-zone selections are handled as described below. Your mandatory consumer rights always remain available.

9.1 Change of mind after digital supply begins

Subject to applicable law, we do not offer a voluntary refund merely because you changed your mind, no longer need the calendar, expected a physical product, did not review the product description, or prefer a different app, device or print result after supply of the Digital Product has begun with the legally required consent and acknowledgement.

9.2 Missing, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming files

Contact us if the download is missing, corrupted, unreadable in standard current PDF software, the wrong file was supplied, or the Digital Product materially differs from the description or your confirmed order. Please include your order email or number, a short description of the issue and, where useful, a screenshot.

We will first use an appropriate remedy, such as resending access, supplying the correct file, correcting the file or otherwise bringing the Digital Product into conformity within a reasonable time and without charge. If that is impossible, disproportionate, not completed within a reasonable time, or the problem is sufficiently serious, you may be entitled to a price reduction or termination and refund under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

9.3 Accidental selection of the wrong time-zone edition

As a customer-care policy, we offer one complimentary replacement with the correct time-zone edition when you contact store@voidofcoursemoon.com within 7 calendar days of purchase, identify the order and location, and have not previously received a time-zone replacement for that order. The replacement must cover the same calendar years and product bundle as the original purchase.

A time-zone replacement is not a cash refund and does not create a new change-of-mind period, except where mandatory law says otherwise. Requests made after 7 days, repeated requests, or requests for a different product or calendar year may be declined, without limiting any remedy for a file that was incorrectly supplied by us.

9.4 Duplicate payments or duplicate purchases

If the same customer is accidentally charged more than once for the same order, or makes a clearly duplicated purchase of the same Digital Product and edition, contact us promptly. After verification, we will refund the duplicate amount.

9.5 Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless applicable law permits and you agree to another method. We will issue the refund without undue delay and within 14 days where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

10. Complaints and support

Send order, delivery, product-conformity and refund enquiries to store@voidofcoursemoon.com. Include your name, order email or number, the edition purchased, a clear description of the issue and the outcome you request. We aim to acknowledge support requests within 3 business days and to provide a substantive response to consumer complaints within 14 calendar days, or sooner where applicable law requires.

We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly. This does not restrict your right to use any court, regulator, alternative dispute-resolution body, card-provider procedure or other remedy available under applicable law.

A consumer in Poland may seek free assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman and may use an appropriate consumer alternative dispute-resolution entity. If Polish law requires a statement after an unresolved complaint, we will state on a durable medium whether we agree to participate in the relevant procedure and identify the competent entity. Current public information is available from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).

11. Corrections and updates

If we release a correction or updated file for the specific calendar edition and years you purchased, we will make that corrected or updated version available at no additional charge. This does not include future calendar years, new products, redesigns or additional editions unless the product page or order confirmation expressly says they are included.

You are responsible for keeping the order email address current if your account allows changes and for downloading any notified correction. Mandatory update obligations under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

12. Accuracy, time zones and daylight saving

The calendar is prepared using astronomical and astrological timing data and the methodology described on the product page, including Western astrology and the Tropical zodiac for the current offer. Times are adjusted for the time-zone edition and daylight-saving rules identified for that edition.

We take reasonable care in preparing the files. Minor display or print differences can result from device settings, fonts, PDF software, scaling and printers. Governments may also change time-zone or daylight-saving rules after a calendar is prepared. These factors do not excuse a material error in the Digital Product or remove any mandatory conformity remedy. If you believe a listed time is materially wrong, contact us with the edition, date and event so we can investigate.

13. Personal-use licence

Once payment is completed, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to download, store, view, annotate and print the purchased Digital Product for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. The licence does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

You may not share the files with another person; resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute them; upload them to a public or shared location; remove copyright or ownership notices; extract substantial content to create a competing product; or use the files or their design commercially without our prior written permission. You may create reasonable personal backup copies and print copies for your own use.

14. Intellectual property

The Digital Product, including its original text, layout, artwork, graphics, compilation and design, is owned by or licensed to the Seller and is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks or materials remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Planning, educational and entertainment use

The calendar is provided for personal planning, reflection, astrology-related interest, education, spiritual practice and entertainment. Astrology is interpretive. The Digital Product is not medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological, safety, business or other professional advice, and it does not promise a particular outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions and should obtain qualified professional advice where appropriate.

16. Privacy

The Seller identified above is the controller of personal data processed for the Store. We process personal data needed to take payment, fulfil orders, provide downloads and updates, prevent fraud, respond to support requests and meet legal or tax obligations. Our separate Privacy Policy explains the controller’s identity, purposes, legal bases, recipients, international transfers, retention periods and your rights. The Privacy Policy should be available at checkout and at https://voidofcoursemoon.com/store/privacy-policy/.

Payment providers and other service providers process data under their own notices or on our behalf, as applicable. Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to optional marketing.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury where the law prohibits limitation. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies for non-conforming digital content.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by your use of an edition different from the one identified in your order, an undisclosed incompatible technical environment, unauthorised sharing or modification, or your reliance on astrological guidance as professional advice. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

If you buy wholly or mainly for business purposes, consumer protections do not apply to that purchase and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the order is limited to the price paid for the affected Digital Product. This business-only limit does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and each order are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of any mandatory protection provided by the law of the country where you habitually reside when that protection applies, including where the Store directs commercial activity to that country.

The competent courts determined under applicable law may hear disputes. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring proceedings only in Poland or removes a jurisdiction or dispute forum available under mandatory law. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact store@voidofcoursemoon.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

19. Language

These English Terms are prepared for the international Store. A Polish-language version must be made available for contracts with consumers resident in Poland where Polish law requires it. If both Polish and English versions are supplied for such a contract, the Polish version is the basis for interpretation to the extent required by Polish law. In every case, mandatory consumer law prevails over an inconsistent translation or clause.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future orders. The version accepted at checkout and supplied or confirmed with your order applies to that order. A later change will not retroactively reduce rights or materially alter obligations for an existing purchase.

21. General terms

If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum extent permitted or removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your personal-use licence, but we may transfer the contract as part of a genuine sale or reorganisation of the business if this does not reduce your rights.
